Includes deep role intake, full market mapping, passive candidate outreach, weekly pipeline reporting, candidate scorecards, shortlist presentation, interview process support, offer guidance, and counteroffer preparation. Engagement fee collected upfront, credited toward the placement fee.

Best fit: director, VP, and senior leadership roles where the cost of a bad hire or a long vacancy is significant.

Embedded Search Partner

For companies with multiple open roles who need ongoing recruiting capacity without building an internal team.

Includes a weekly hiring call, role intake and calibration, passive candidate outreach, candidate screening, pipeline management, and interview coordination. Monthly fee is credited toward placement fees on hires made during the engagement period.
